  • Nujabes Metaphorical Ensemble

    The gifted producer “Nujabes” who passed away prematurely at the young age of 36 on February 26, 2010. His beautiful songs transcend time and borders, and they are still continuously embraced by many people now. Nujabes Metaphorical Ensemble, which was created by connecting fragments of Nujabes’s concept left in Hydeout Productions, was miraculously came to fruition as the supreme live performance that blended live and digital sounds perfectly last year by participating as the musicians who love Nujabes' works such as BIGYUKI (Key), Hironobu Saito (Gt), and Patrick Bartley (Sax) who was also nominated for Grammy awards. It's been a year since the music of Nujabes was spun into the future. The melody comes back to life again.

  • Mark Farina

    DJ and producer originally from Chicago and based in San Francisco now. He has traveled around the world as DJ since the early 1990s, playing at more than 100 gigs a year. He is known as the artist who represents the house music scene on the west coast for his DJ style of mixing bouncing sounds with his outstanding skills and senses. In addition, his project “Mushroom Jazz” which started in 1992, consists mainly of jazzy hip-hop tracks to dubby down-tempo tracks, and has many supreme gems of mixed works. Actually, the collaboration with Hydeout Productions will also be announced soon. In a sense, it is his own unique style with his wide range of musicality that he can continue to express two different music which can be said to be almost the opposite. At the flows, two sets with different aspects will be played by him.

  • Powder

    Although she is based in Japan, it also helps with a small amount of information that is not actively self-updated, parallel to the speculation of listeners who have not grasped all the movements, and sometimes meets expectations, it seems to be restless and consistent (like her tracks), maintains the presence that is not influenced by the genre map, and repeatedly releases songs. In 2019, she started her own label Thinner Groove as her safe space that means more than gigs to fit personal outputs that continue to expand without uncomfortable feelings. The label showcases "Introducing friends’ grooves” and it gradually reveals the small but fully trusted unknown community that she cares the most.


  • NABOWA

    A four-member instrumental band based in Kyoto that weaves sounds that incorporate a variety of genres from neo-soul, jazz, hip-hop to dub, ambient to contemporary music. With live performances composed of improvisations as the origin of their activities, they have gained high reputations in Asia, such as appearances at large-scale music festivals in Japan and abroad, and in recent years, touring to 3 cities in Taiwan and solo show in Hong Kong. In June 2021, they released their 7th full album "Fantasia" for the first time in 2 years. They announced that, at the end of 2024 when is the 20th anniversary of their band formation, the drummer, Yu Kawakami is going to leave the band and they will suspend their band activities from 2025. The violinist, Kei Yamamoto has participated in the Nujabes memorial event, and due to his relationship with Hydeout Productions, the band’s last live performance before going on hiatus will be held at flows.

  • Pase Rock

    Pase Rock, who learned scratch on his own at the age of 9 and started his career as a DJ in the early 90s. He is also known as an MC and DJ of the alternative hip-hop group Five Deez, and through his works with Nujabes, he is strongly engraved in people's hearts in Japan. Since 2001, he has travelled around the world on Five Deez tours and has actively collaborated with various artists including Diplo, Prefuse 73, and also the post-rock band Tortoise. After releasing tracks from more than 20 labels, he released his first solo album "Bullshit As Usual" produced by Nujabes in 2003. Co-composed with Nujabes in 2005, "The Sign" is known as the timeless masterpiece. Currently he based in Miami.

  • Soichi Terada

    Soichi Terada received a global re-evaluation from the re-edited album "Sounds From The Far East" released by the long-established Dutch label Rush Hour in 2015. His far eastern house music discovered in Europe, has gained many good reputations mainly overseas along with his positive live set, and he became one of the representative artist in Japan loved by many music fans. Numerous tracks released by his own label Far East Recording which was founded in 1988 are full of rich musicality, including the sound creation that stands out with the moist piano and the deep sound that makes you feel the influence of jazz and soul. Especially, Nami Shimada's "Sun Shower" is the masterpiece that was heavily played by Larry Levan who is known as one of the DJs at Paradise Garage. He released the his new album "ASAKUSA LIGHT" in 2022 for the first time in 25 years and he has started playing his new live set all over the world since then.


  • nasthug

    A DJ with roots in Japan and Jamaica, globally active based in Tokyo. With her own unique groove, she plays not only hip-hop but also a wide range of dance music such as dance hall and Jersey club, and her free and genre-less DJ style has received overwhelming supports from the same generation mainly in Tokyo. Her performance at Boiler Room Tokyo in 2023 was played more than 1.2 million times, and also in the same year, she signed with a major American booking agency “Wasserman” to successfully tour 10 places in Asia. Currently, She is the most popular female DJ. The artist “Young Thug” who she respects is the origin of her DJ name “nasthug”.

  • Kento Nagatsuka

    A vocalist from the experimental soul band WONK formed in 2013. The 1st album "Sphere" is highly regarded in the music media for its free interpretation of jazz, soul, and hip-hop. After that, they remixed songs with José James and Oscar Jerome, making the official cover song of The internet, participating in the Thelonious Monk tribute album, and making songs with Kiefer and 9m88. This year, the 2nd album "Shades of" was released with the concept of "Beat Music Chronicle from Tokyo compiled by WONK". As his solo music activities, he participated in works such as Tomita Lab, King Gnu, millennium parade and Ryohu. He will appear at flows as a DJ with a rich musical background. In addition, while having a side as a chef, he also has a wide variety of activities such as appearing in the movie "I'm not alone" as an actor.

  • DJ NORI

    He went to NY back in 1986 and played there with LARRY LEVAN. In the movie "MAESTRO", he appeared as one of the pioneer DJ who had the greatest influence on the world's dance music scene. In 2009, He held the his 30th career anniversary party which can be said to be the culmination of himself. He achieved an unprecedented 30-hour long set there. "Spirit Of Sunshine", his DJ mixes of the sound source of Salsoul and West End released in 2013, became a popular series overseas. In Addition, he appeared in the Boiler Room and released the mixed CD "DIGGIN' DISCO" in his activities at the unit CAPTAIN VINYL with MURO who is known as King Of Diggin. Even now, with his career of more than 40 years, he continues to work vigorously not only in music but also in all cultural scenes, which is why he is called the world's greatest treasure as the DJ who knows how to express music itself.
